Natural Fictions is an inquiry into how the artistic imagination has shaped our understanding of nature across cultures and time. It brings together poetic impressions of the natural world, from the fantastic and utopian to the surreal and romantic, each offering a new way of relating to the environment. Through storytelling, personification, and experimental mediums, this international survey examines the enduring connection between artist and nature, revealing how deeply the real and imaginary are intertwined.

Artists in the exhibition include Agnes Denes, Judy Chicago, Max Ernst, Anna Hulačová, Tamara Henderson, Montika Kham-On, Monica Sjöö, Miloš Šejn, Jindřich Štyrský, Toyen, Yuyan Wang, Zheng Bo, and many more.
